Return & Exchange Policy
Our mission is to provide 100% customer satisfaction for all of our products.
In the rare case of manufacturer defects, including chips, scratches, etc., we will be happy to replace your frame. As stated in our Shipping Information, we must hear from you within 5 days of receiving your order if there are any manufacturer defects and you wish to have a replacement frame.
We can accept returns within 15 days of the original ship date. In order to receive a refund on returned merchandise, all frames must be in the original packaging, as well as authorized for return. Any frame you wish to have returned must have a return authorization number or it will not be accepted. Please email or call us at firstname.lastname@example.org (or see Contact Us link) to receive your authorization. Please remember that return freight charges will be the customer’s responsibility. When we receive an authorized return, we will issue a refund to your account. All refunds must be on the same account (credit card) as the original purchase. If your order is processed and shipped but you refuse the package, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. If, after you receive your order, you would like to exchange your product, please contact us by email to let us know what you would like to exchange it for. All frames returned for exchange must be in new condition and sent back in the original packaging. Any shipping costs to return and ship an exchange will be the customer's responsibility.
