1 Why won't the website accept my credit card infomation?Please make sure you enter the number without spaces or dashes. The address on the account you enter on our website must be the same as the billing address on your credit card, or the credit card will not be accepted. If you are still having problems, please contact us and we will attempt to process your order over the telephone.
2 What type of content can be laser-engraved?Laser Emporium is unable to reproduce copyrighted material. We can reproduce your logo; and a myriad of clipart is available, including sports symbols, vacation emblems (palm trees, etc.), team names and owned logos--just e-mail your request or idea and we will design your frame for you. We will e-mail the design and quotation to you for your approval before engraving your frame. Laser Emporium reserves the right to refuse printing of inappropriate or offensive content.
3 When will I receive my order?We are offering UPS ground shipping for all customers in the continental United States. If you require faster shipping, please email us and we will price express shipping that will be added to your order. We also provide the UPS tracking number - click "When will I receive my order" above to go to the order tracking link - so you can check your ground shipment, or we would be happy to check it for you if you send a request by email. Most orders for standard products can ship within 24-72 hours of your order being processed.
